Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all orders. For European Union orders, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. Both windows extend over weekends and public holidays to the next business day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you notify us of your intent to return, items must be sent back within 14 days of that notification.

Cancellations You may cancel an order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, log in to your account at https://account.snowsgadgetsandaccessories.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. For EU orders, we'll also refund the standard outbound shipping cost (excluding any premium shipping upgrades you selected).
